- Step 3: Our staff will collect your visa approval letter, passport, 2 photos (4x6cm) and entry&exit form, stamping fee and do all the procedures until your visa gets stamped.
- Step 4: Get your passport back with the Vietnam Visa stamped from our staff.
Fast track service refund policy
Kindly provide us your flight information at least 4 working hours before your flight so that we can arrange our assistant to support you best. Otherwise, there is no refund made even the airport fast-track service cannot be run.
If we already get your flight details but do not offer this service when you arrive, we will refund fully the airport fast-track service you paid.

Yes, you may use the Departure Fast Track Service if you have overstayed in Vietnam. Please note that the service does not waive any overstay fines or immigration requirements, as all procedures remain subject to immigration authority regulations.
